间歇性缺氧对幼年大鼠大脑皮层电活动的影响

【摘要】 目的观察间歇性缺氧损伤后幼鼠前额叶皮层电活动的变化。方法 SD雄性大鼠60只,20±2日龄,随机分为6组:正常2周组、正常4周组、正常6周组、间歇性缺氧2周组、间歇性缺氧4周组、间歇性缺氧6周组,每组10只。正常(UC)组正常饲养,间歇缺氧(IH)组建立间歇性缺氧损伤模型。用金属电极记录皮层放电活动。结果 间歇性缺氧2周后,大鼠前额叶皮层δ波、θ波所占比例较正常组增多,α波、β波所占比例较正常组减少,有显著性差异(P<0.05);而间歇性缺氧4周和6周后,虽然大鼠前额叶皮层δ波、θ波所占比例较正常组有所增多,α波、β波所占比例较正常组有所减少,但均未达到显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 随着幼鼠年龄的增加,神经系统发育成熟,从而使间歇性缺氧所造成的脑损伤得到一定的修复,脑损伤程度减轻,最终使前额叶皮层电活动发生的异常变化逐渐减弱。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the electrical activity changes of the prefrontal cortex of the neonate rats after intermittent hypoxia.Methods 60 SD male rats,20±2 days old,were randomly divided into 6 groups: unhandled control 2-week group,unhandled control 4-week group,unhandled control 6-week group,intermittent hypoxia 2-week group,intermittent hypoxia 4-week group and intermittent hypoxia 6-week group,10 rats in each;normal feeding was given to the rats in the unhandled groups while the models of intermittent hypoxia injury were set up in the intermittent hypoxia groups;mental electrodes were used to record the electrical activity of the cortex.Result After 2 weeks of intermittent hypoxia,the proportions of δ and ο wave in rate prefrontal cortex in intermittent hypoxia groups were bigger than those in unhandled control groups while the proportions of α and β wave were smaller than those in unhandled control group,there existed a difference of significance(P<0.05),and after 4 and 6 weeks of intermittent hypoxia,the proportions kept existing but the difference was not significant(P<0.05).Conclusions With the growth of the neonate rats,their nervous system became mature,which leads to certain repair of the brain injury caused by intermittent hypoxia;the improvement of brain injury finally makes the abnormal changes of electrical activity of the prefrontal cortex reduce gradually.
