体感诱发电位评价家兔脊髓冲击伤模型的神经机能变化
Evaluation of the change of nerve function with somatosensory evoked potentials on new spinal cord injury models
【摘要】 目的探讨脊髓冲击伤前后的体感诱发电位的变化,评价家兔神经机能的改变程度。方法应用改良霍普金森杠杆设备根据冲击波的压力不同(0.40 MPa,0.60 MPa,0.80 MPa)建立不同损伤程度的胸T9-T10脊髓冲击伤模型,12 h后用体感诱发电位仪分别计测家兔脊髓冲击伤前后的体感诱发电位,利用分析软件对诱发电位P波的峰潜伏期和波峰进行测量。48 h后进行运动学评分,再处死家兔行病理学检测。通过对照不同程度损伤模型的运动学评分和病理变化,说明体感诱发电位评价脊髓冲击伤模型的应用价值。结果脊髓冲击伤模型的P波的潜伏期较正常对照组明显延长,且损伤越重延长越明显(P<0.05);波峰较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。利用家兔的脊髓损伤程度与体感诱发电位P波的峰潜伏期和波幅进行相关性分析,发现它们存在直线相关性。结论在一定范围内,可以通过对脊髓损伤的神经机能受损程度进行客观、早期的评价,为临床治疗脊髓冲击伤提供参考。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate on the change of somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP) after the influence of shock wave on spinal cord,and evaluate the lever changes of nerve function in rabbits.Metheods Under the different air pressure(0.40MPa,0.60MPa,0.80MPa)generated shock wave application Hopkinson bar to establish the impact of T9-T10 spinal cord injury models,then Determines SEP of each group 12 hours later,and use analysis software to measure P wave evoked potential peak latency and peak.After 48 hours,we carry out the kinematics score,then kill all rabbits for pathological test.By varying degrees of damage control model in the kinematics score and pathological changes,description the value of application on SEP evaluation of the impact of spinal cord blast injury model.Results The P Wave’s latency of spinal cord injury model is significantly longer than the normal control group,and injury more severe,the extension is more obvious(P<0.05);The amplitude of Peak is significantly lower than the normal control(P<0.05),do correlation analysis between the lever of rabbit spinal cord injury and SEP,We find that there is a linear correlation between them.Conclusion Within a certain range,early and objective SEP on spinal cord injuries,helps find out nerve injury,and provides meaningful reference on clinic treatment on spinal cord injuries.
