TAFE教学模式对中国高职基础课改革的启示
The teaching model of TAFE and its enlightenment to reformation of basic courses in China’s higher vocational education
【摘要】 TAFE教学模式以就业为导向,充分体现了以能力为本位的教育质量观。TAFE教学模式的特色主要体现在能力本位的培训,以学生为中心的教学和灵活多样的教学服务。借鉴TAFE教学模式,可以在基础课教学中采用以技能为单元的教学模式,培养学生的关键能力。
【Abstract】 The teaching model in TAFE takes employment as orientation.It fully embodies the capability-oriented concept of educational quality.The main characteristics of teaching model in TAFE are capability-oriented training,student-centered teaching and flexible and diversified services.Consulting the teaching model of TAFE,we may apply such a pattern to basic courses teaching in China’s higher vocational education and cultivate students’ key capabilities.
