【Abstract】 In order to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of catechins(DC,EC,GC,EGC) and caffeine(CAF) in daughter tea.The obtained data can be used as references for evaluation of tea quality.The study was achieved using a Yilite C18 column with a methanol-water-acetic acid elution system.The flow was detected at a wave length 278 nm and flow rate was 1ml/min.The result is that under the selected analytical condition,the five ingredients in the samples got ideal separation resolution and had good linear relationship.更多还原
