晶体加热炉三维温度场可视化方法研究

【摘要】 为实现材料科学实验过程中远程监控晶体加热炉中三维温度场的分布,以便于在实验过程中实时修正实验参数,提出了一种晶体加热炉三维温度场可视化仿真方法。对加热炉进行热力学建模,并通过数值解法得出温度场的离散解,采用逐点插入法对求得的离散解进行四面体剖分,绘制等值线和等值面,并以OpenInventor为三维可视化平台,描绘出炉膛内部温度场的分布,为材料科学家研究材料样品的加工过程提供直观的依据,控制实验的工艺过程。经过实验,证明所提方法的有效性和可行性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the realisation of remote monitoring 3D temperature field distribution of the crystal furnace in materials science experiments so that to easily modify the experimental parameters in time during the process of the experiments,a visualised simulation method for 3D temperature field of crystal furnace is presented.The furnace is modelled with thermodynamics and the discrete solution of the temperature field is derived by numerical method.The incremental insertion is employed to conduct the tetrahedron division of the discrete solution obtained,the contour line and isosurface are drawn,and then OpenInventor is used as the 3D visualisation platform to depict the distribution of the temperature field in heart of the furnace.All these provide intuitive basis to material scientists on studying the processing course of material samples,and help them to control the technological process of the experiments.The validity and feasibility of this approach is demonstrated through experiments.
