【摘要】 高等教育研究机构曾经一度成为我国高等教育改革和发展的助推器。然而,近几年国内各高校高等教育研究机构的发展却极不平衡,出现了机遇与困境并存的局面。正确认识自身的属性和特点并准确定位,是高校高等教育研究机构的必然选择。新形势下,高校高等教育研究机构必须根据自身的情况,重新审视目前的发展状况,大力开展院校研究,建立有效的科研管理机制,充分发挥其人才培养作用,并要搭建学术交流平台,促进我国高等教育的改革与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher education research institutions once became the booster of higher education reform and development.However,in recent years,the domestic higher education research institutions in universities made uneven development,resulting in the coexistence of opportunities and difficulties.It is the inevitable choice of higher education research institutions in university to correctly understand their own properties and characteristics,and accurately position themselves.In the new situation,the research institutions of higher education in university must re-examine the current development based on their own situation,vigorously carry out the research at school level,establish an effective mechanism of research management,give full play to its role in training and set up a platform for academic exchanges to promote the reform and development of China’s higher education.更多还原
