【摘要】 开放教育考试直接成本主要包括试卷制作费、监考巡视费、评卷费。开放教育考试间接成本主要包括:考务管理费、上交上级考试费用。研究发现,规模越大的考试成本越低、技术含量越高的考试成本越高、越重视考风考纪的考试成本越大、考试性质也决定了考试成本的高低。应逐步建立健全考试成本管理制度,树立系统的成本管理理念,应用动因理论指导成本管理实践,通过预算管理控制考试成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 The direct examination cost of open education mainly includes paper-making expenses,tour expenses of invigilation and scoring expenses.The indirect cost mainly includes the expenses of examination management and examination expenses turned over to the higher authorities.The results show that the larger scale the examination is,the less expensive it is,while the examination with higher content of technology costs too much.And the examination attaching great importance to atmosphere and disciplines in examination costs a lot as well.Besides,the nature of examination also determines the cost of examination.It is necessary to establish management system of examination cost,form the idea of sytematic cost management,guide the practice of cost management with Cause Theories and control the cost by budget management.更多还原
