【摘要】 目的:探讨遗传性乳光牙本质的临床治疗及修复方法。方法:选取天津市塘沽区遗传性乳光牙本质一家系成员,根管治疗患牙后分别采取覆盖义齿及桩核烤瓷冠修复,进行临床疗效评价。结果:桩核烤瓷冠修复效果较好,疗效可靠。结论:遗传性乳光牙本质临床上可以采取桩核烤瓷冠修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect treatment and prosthesis methods of Hereditary Dentinogenesis Imperfecta Shields TypeⅡ.Methods: The patients of Dentinogenesis Imperfecta Shields TypeⅡ found in Tanggu were chosen,took root canal therapy,then two prosthesis methods including over-denture and post core-porcelain were used to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Results: the clinical curative effect of post core-porcelain crowns was better than the over-denture.Conclusions: The post core-procelain crowns can be used to treat the patients of Dentinogenesis Imperfecta Shields TypeⅡ.更多还原
