高校毕业生人力资本信号在就业市场中的效用研究
A Study on the Utility of College Graduates’ Human Capital Signal in Job Market
【摘要】 本文通过设计问卷对630家雇主进行调查,探究雇主在招聘中基于毕业生的人力资本信号进行雇佣甄别的行为。研究发现雇主在雇佣甄别毕业生求职者时,对人力资本信号的选择既有集中度明显的共同关注,也表现出差异性。研究发现和揭示了毕业生异质性人力资本信号在求职中的重要性。
【Abstract】 This study applied a self-designed questionnaire to conduct the survey on 630 employers,aiming to explore employers’ recruitment screening behavior based on human capital signals of college graduates.The study finds that employers show both an obvious common concern and different demand in utilizing college graduates’ human capital signal.The study finds and reveals the importance of heterogeneous human captial signal in job market.
