【摘要】 目的观察经尿道双极等离子体膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的治疗效果。方法对66例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者行经尿道双极等离子体汽化电切术治疗,术后常规行膀胱化疗药物灌注。结果 66例膀胱肿瘤患者均1次手术切除。手术时间3~55 min,平均(22±15)min,术中均未输血,有2例在肿瘤切除时发生穿孔。术后留置F22三腔单囊管3~5 d拔管,术后有2例行膀胱点滴冲洗24h,无经尿道电切(TUR)综合征发生,无死亡病例。2例术后并发尿道外口狭窄,经尿道扩张后治愈。随访3~48个月,12例复发(18.18%)。结论经尿道双极等离子体膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术具有操作简单、出血少、恢复快、术后并发症低等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the methods and clinical effects of transurethral bipolar electrocautery resection in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor(Bipolar-TURBt).Methods Sixty-six cases with superficial transitional cell carcinoma were treated by bipolar-TURBt combined with transurethral vaporization of bladder tumors(TVBt) and were irrigated with Pirarubicin(THP).Results Sixty-six cases were removed bladder tumor in the first time of operation.The duration of the procedure was(22±15) min(3～55 min) without blood transfusion.Bladder perforation was occurred in two cases.F22 tri-chamber unicapsular catheter was postoperative retained and removed after 3~5d.2 cases underwent bladder drop irrigation for 24h.No TUR-syndrom was occurred and no patient death.There were 2 cases of postoperative urethral stenosis and treated by urethral dilatation.All patients were followed-up in 3 to 48 months postoperatively.Conclusion Transurethral bipolar electrocautery resection of the superficial bladder tumor is effective and safety such as convenient procedure,less bleeding,rapid recovery and few complications.更多还原
