【摘要】 地方本科院校经管类专业担负着为社会经济发展培养和输送经济与管理方面应用型人才的重任。针对目前地方本科院校经管类专业多、专业面广而不专、学生实际动手能力差的现状,为提升经管类学生的岗位适应性、竞争力和应用能力,地方本科院校应适时调整经管类专业培养目标,树立为地方经济服务的观念,对经管类专业应用型人才培养方案进行系统再设计,在加强素质教育的同时,优化课程体系结构,创新人才培养模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the local undergraduate universities’ responsibility to offer practical talents on economy and management specialty for the social economy development.Now there exist such problems: it has many specialties which are not professional and the students’ practical ability is poor.In order to improve the students job adaptability,competitive power and practical ability,this article offers the following improving measures.The local undergraduate universities should adjust economy and management specialty’ training target and has the idea to serve the local economy.The talent training project of economy and management specialty should be redesigned.Course system structure should be strengthened meanwhile to improve the education quality.And the talents training model should be innovated.更多还原
