马来酰亚胺侧基聚酰亚胺薄膜的制备与性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Novel Polyimide Film with Maleimide Side Groups
【摘要】 利用2,2-双[4-(2,4-二氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BDAPPP)单体、马来酸酐(MA)、4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(44ODA)及3,3’,4,4’-四羧酸联苯二酐(BPDA)合成制得马来酰胺酸侧基的聚酰胺酸树脂(MPAA)溶液,经涂膜,热亚胺化,得到坚韧透明的马来酰亚胺侧基聚酰亚胺薄膜(MPI),并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:马来酰亚胺侧基聚酰亚胺薄膜(MPI)具有较低的表面能(34.4 mJ/m2)、较低的吸水率(0.12%)以及良好的紫外吸收性能和较高的可见光透过性(88%),且具有良好的电容、介电损耗稳定性,几乎不受工作频率的影响,对其在高低频环境下的应用非常有利。
【Abstract】 Based on the monomers of 2,2-bis[4-(2,4-diaminophenoxy)phenyl]propane(BDAPPP),maleic anhydride(MA),4,4’-diaminodiphenyl ether(44ODA) and 3,3’,4,4’-tetracarboxylbiphenyl dianhydride(BPDA),a novel polyamic acid solution with maleimide side groups(MPAA) was synthesized.The transparent and tenacious polyimide film with maleimide side groups(MPI) was prepared through imidized process of the MPAA thin layer,and then the properties of the MPI were studied.The results show that the MPI has low surface energy(34.4 mJ/m2),low water absorption(0.12%),good ultraviolent absorbability,high visible light transparency,and excellent stability of capacitance and dielectric loss within a wide frequency range of 100 kHz~1 MHz.
