复配阻燃聚乙烯体系的研究
Compounded Flame-retardant Polyethylene System
【摘要】 基于碳酸镁/氢氧化铝复配阻燃聚乙烯体系,将有机硅、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、白炭黑和硼酸锌添加到阻燃体系中,结果表明:添加少量的有机硅就可以起到很好的阻燃增效作用,硼酸锌对有机硅阻燃体系具有协效作用,而白炭黑则对阻燃体系的阻燃性能具有阻碍作用。EVA替代部分PE后,可以使体系的氧指数和断裂伸长率都有所提高。
【Abstract】 In this study,organic silicon,EVA,silica and zinc borate were added into a compounded flame-retardant PE system of magnesium carbonate/aluminum hydroxide.The experiment results show that organic silicon is an efficient synergistic agent in the flame-retardant system,and zinc borate has synergistic effect on the flame-retardant system with organic silicon,but silica has barrier effect on the flame retardant property of the system.When PE is substituted by EVA partially,the flame-retardant property and the elongation at break of the system increase.
