【摘要】 探讨"十二五"期间,县级实施全球基金结核病控制项目、中央公共卫生专项基金结核病控制项目工作,要按照突出"两个重点工作"、完善"一个保障机制"的思路,有效地推进结核病防治迈向制度化、规范化和科学化的工作轨道。其重点工作之一是积极发现肺结核病人、认真落实肺结核病人归口管理工作,之二是强化直接督导下的短程化疗(DOTS)、加强肺结核病人的系统管理;保障机制是加强监督管理、提供技术支撑,为进一步推动肺结核病人归口管理与治疗系统管理工作的落实创造良好环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the five years of"12th Five-year Plan",the Global Fund tuberculosis control project and the central public health fund tuberculosis control project work should be implemented in accordance with the train of thought of focus on two key work and one perfect safeguard mechanism,so as to effectively promote the tuberculosis prevention and cure in a institutionalized,standardized and scientific track.One of the focuses is the active detection of tuberculosis patients and the implementation of the centralized management of tuberculosis patients.The next is to strengthen the supervision and the administration of Directly Observed Treatment Short-course(DOTS) pulmonary tuberculosis patient management system.To strengthen supervision and management and provide technical support are the safeguard mechanism to further promote the centralized management and treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.更多还原
