【摘要】 目的了解溧阳市健康村村民的健康知识、健康行为、健康传播状况及对健康村建设的态度,为制定相关政策和干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法对常州市90名10岁～70岁的居民进行抽样,通过问卷进行健康村现状调查。结果分别有22.2%和13.3%的居民知晓工作接触、日常生活接触不传播乙型肝炎;28.9%知晓抚摸猫狗不会感染狂犬病毒;16.7%的村民认为烟瘾是无法戒掉的,21.1%的村民认为老年人没必要戒烟。村民希望获取健康知识信息的主要途径依次是电视(93.3%)、医生(78.9%)、报纸书籍(56.7%)。结论村民的健康知识和健康行为水平较低,应进一步加强健康教育,提高村民的健康知识和行为水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of health knowledge,health behavior,health spread and the attitude of building a health village among the residents in a health village of Liyang in Changzhou,to provide a scientific basis for developing strategies and intervention measures of health village.Methods Using the multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling,90 residents aged 10-70 years were investigated with the questionnaire of health village.Results The knowledge rates of HBV were not spread in workplace and day to day life were 22.3%and 13.3%respectively,28.9%residents knew the spread of rabies virus,16.7%residents thought that the smoking addiction could not be gotten rid of,and 21.1%residents thought that it was not necessary for the old to quit smoking.The way of the health knowledge that the residents hope to get was television(93.3%) ,doctor(78.9%) ,books and newspapers(56.7%) respectively.Conclusion The level of health knowledge and behavior of the residents was low.Health education should be strengthened to improve their health knowledge.更多还原
