【摘要】 目的为了解寿宁县农村居民健康素养干预效果,探讨在乡村中符合健康素养的行为规范,为今后更好地开展健康教育工作提供信息。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法,在本县城乡抽取若干个村,每村随机抽取10～20名年龄为18岁～60岁的常住人口,进行健康素养相关知识问卷调查。结果在干预前后分别调查了420名和460名城乡居民,干预前、后收回有效问卷分别是415份和436份。健康素养知晓率从干预前的36.19%上升到干预后的60.15%,健康教育干预取得明显的效果。结论本县实施基本公共卫生服务项目后,农村居民对健康素养相关知识知晓率有明显提高。今后要继续巩固成功的做法与经验,进一步采取不同的干预形式扩大宣传效果,从而提高本县农村居民的健康素养水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the effectiveness of health literacy intervention for rural residents in Shouning County,to discuss the code of conduct which is consistent with health literacy in the countryside,to provide information for better health education.Methods By using stratified random sampling method,a number of villages were selected from the Shouning County,10-20 permanent residents aged 18-60 were selected randomly from each village to be investigated by health literacy survey.Results There were 420 and 460 urban and rural residents who were investigated respectively before and after the intervention,415 and 436 effective questionnaires were received respectively before and after the intervention.The survey showed that the awareness of health literacy increased from 36.19% to 60.15%,health literacy intervention had achieved a successful result.Conclusion Rural residents’ awareness of health literacy has an obvious improvement after implementing basic public health services projects.A further interventions should be taken to improve the health literacy level in Shouning County.更多还原
