【摘要】 在分析流程行业生产线电控系统的特点以及常规设计模式缺陷的基础上,结合模块化理论,提出了电控系统模块化设计的思路,并以Engineering Base软件为平台,提出了电控模型库建立的方法和模块化设计的完整过程,以烟草制丝生产线电控设计为实例阐述了相关步骤。经应用表明,该法简捷高效,为流程行业生产线电控系统的快速设计提供了一种高效实用的新途径,亦可为类似的电控设计提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the characteristics of electrical control system for process industry production line and the defects of general design pattern,it combines modular theory with this requirment,describes the modular design of electrical control system.Based on EngineeringBase platform,it proposes the methods of establishing electrical module library and the whole process of modular design,and puts forwards the steps of designing tobacco production line with electrical control system.The application shows that the method is simple and effective,provides an efficient approach of rapid design for the process industry production line electrical control system,and gives the references to similar electrical control system.更多还原
