基于正确边界条件的宽板弯曲变薄理论
The Strict Thinning Theory of the Plastic Wide Sheet Bending Based on Boundary
【摘要】 指出了现有的宽板塑性弯曲变薄研究方面存在的问题,引入了应变增量中性层概念,提出了"应变增量中性层处的切向应变增量等于零"这一正确的边界条件,在此基础上推导出了宽板塑性弯曲变薄的理论解,最后给出了计算实例。
【Abstract】 It proposes the problems existing in the current research about the wide sheet plastic bending attenuation,introduces the concept about the strain-increment neutral layer,and establishes the right boundary condition which the tangential strain-increment in the strain-increment neutral layer equals to zero.It deduces the wide sheet plastic bending theoretic solution. The solution has theoretic guiding values as well as practical significances for both the plastic forming principle and the practice in sheet metal forming technology.
