【摘要】 针对目前高等农林院校人才培养中存在的工程素质培养环节薄弱等问题,紧紧围绕创新人才培养,提出了"多层次、分类别、模块化"的实践教学体系和"因材施教、分类培养"的人才培养模式。加大了现代工程技术在工程实践教学中的比重,建立了比较完善的管理体制和实践教学质量保证体系,针对机械类专业、近机类专业和非机类专业学生,按照不同内容、不同要求开展工程实践教学,适应了不同专业学生的需求。对农理经管文法类学生大工程意识、工程实践能力及创新意识的培养做出了积极探索,该研究将为中国农业院校的人才培养模式改革与发展提供了示范。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is the weak link in the engineering issues such as quality training at agricultural and forestry colleges.Aiming at innovation and personnel training,it proposes the practical teaching system with multi-level,sub-class and modular,builds a training model with individualized,classification training.This increases the engineering practice of modern engineering in the proportion of teaching,establishes a relatively sound management system and practice of teaching quality assurance system.For mechanical engineering and some nearly machine specialty,it daptes to the different needs of students.The research provides demonstrations for reform and development of personnel training model of national agricultural colleges.更多还原
