【摘要】 目的探讨结石性胆囊炎合并肝功能损害对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的影响。方法分析65例结石性胆囊炎合并肝功能损害患者行LC的临床资料。结果 65例LC中,50例顺利完成手术,15例中转开腹,其中行胆囊切除13例,胆囊造瘘1例,胆囊次全切除1例,术后均无并发症。结论对结石性胆囊炎伴有肝功能损害者,近期谨慎行LC治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical significance liver function damage of acute cholecystitis on laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods The clinical data of 65 cases of liver function damage of acute cholecystitis on laparoscopic cholecystectomy during LC were analized retrospectively.Results In the 65 cases,50 operations were successful,15 cases were then dealt with by conventional surgery.In these 15 cases 13 operations were successful,1 case was operated by subtotal cholecystectomy using laparoscopy,1 case was operated by Cholecystostomy.Conclusion Patients of liver function damage of acute cholecystitis were cautious treatment on laparoscopic cholecystectomy.更多还原
