含硅有机锡催化合成香料乙酸苄酯
SYNTHESIS OF BENZYL ACETATE CATALYZED BY ORGANOTIN COMPOUNDS CONTAINING SILICON
【摘要】 以(Me3SiCH2)3SnCl为催化剂,研究了乙酸苄酯的酯化反应。采用正交实验优化了合成工艺条件,结果表明,(Me3SiCH2)3SnCl对合成乙酸苄酯有着良好的催化活性,在m[(Me3SiCH2)3SnCl]∶m(甲苯)∶m(苄醇)=0.015∶0.8∶1,n(乙酸)∶n(苄醇)=3.5∶1,反应3.5h的条件下,乙酸苄酯酯化率可达91.5%。
【Abstract】 The esterification of benzyl acetate catalyzed by(Me3SiCH2)3SnCl was studied.The synthesis conditions were optimized with orthogonal experiment.The results showed that a satisfied catalytic activity was got by using(Me3SiCH2)3SnCl,the esterification rate of benzyl acetate was 91.5% after 3.5 h while the mass ratio of(Me3SiCH2)3SnCl,benzyl alcohols,toluene was 0.015∶1∶0.8 and the molar ratio of acetic acid to benzyl alcohols was 3.5∶1.
