【摘要】 提出了一种功能分析(FA)和约束理论(TOC)相结合的问题分析及确定方法。该方法首先基于FA创建产品的功能明细表(FL)和系统模块图(SMD),然后结合TOC中的当前现实树(CRT)和冲突解决图表(CRD)对问题进行分析,从而及时明确解决问题的方向并确定产生问题的根本原因。利用TRIZ工具产生解决方案。太阳能组件接线盒设计实例说明FA与TOC相结合的方法用于驱动产品改进设计是切实可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new problem analysis and identification method by combining the Function Analysis(FA) with Theory Of Constraints(TOC) was put forward.This method first creates Function List(FL) and System Module Diagram(SMD) based on Function Analysis,and then the problems are analyzed by using Current Reality Tree(CRT) together with Contradiction Resolve Diagram(CRD) of TOC,defining the problem-solving direction and determining the root cause from which the problem is result.TRIZ tools was used to generate innovative solutions.The application case of solar panel junction box illustrates that it is feasible for the method by combining FA with TOC to be applied in improvement design of drive product.更多还原
