输送带扣钉侵彻机理的研究
Study of mechanism of cramp to penetrate on conveyor band
【摘要】 通过有限元分析与实验验证,初步揭示扣钉侵彻复合橡胶输送带作用机理与受力形变过程,为钉扣机、扣钉等产品的改进设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Through finite element analysis and orthogonal test,the paper preliminarily reveals the change law of nail-clasp force and deformation state of compounded rubber conveyor band,providing theoretical basis for improving design of nail-clasp tool and its products.
