主从动轮具有相同形状的非圆齿轮副设计方法
Design method of noncircular gear pair for drive and driven wheels with identical profile
【摘要】 在研究了以转角关系设计非圆齿轮副节曲线方法的基础上,提出了具有相同形状非圆齿轮副应具备的两个条件——转角关系曲线的每段均有垂直于等速比直线的对称中心线及每段节曲线上的齿数应为半齿的奇数倍,并进行了数学证明。通过4个实例证明了所提出的方法的正确性,为实际应用中构造具有相同形状的非圆齿轮副提供了理论基础。
【Abstract】 On the basis of investigating the design method of the pitch curve of a noncircular gear pair deigned by using rotation angle relationship,two conditions that a noncircular gear pair with identical profile should possess are put forward,one is that each segment of rotation angle relationship should have a symmetrical centerline perpendicular to the line of constant velocity ratio,the other is that the number of tooth distributed on each pitch curve section should be odd times of half tooth.And the mathematical proof has been carried out.The correctness of the presented method has been proven by four actual examples,providing a theoretic foundation for constituting a noncircular gear pair with identical profile in actual applications.
