华北油田晋45断块注水井解堵技术研究

【摘要】 室内对ROS表面活性剂溶液中的未磺化油进行了分离与分析,针对表面活性剂中未磺化油的组成特点研制出解堵剂配方BKJ-2体系。根据晋45断块240注水井组吸水层的具体情况,设计出解堵剂的现场注入工艺方案。240注水井组实施现场解堵试验取得了预期的解堵效果,注入压力从26 MPa降低到20 MPa。

【Abstract】 Unsulfonated oil in ROS surfactant solution was separated and analyzed in laboratory.Aiming at the component characteristics of unsulfonated oil in ROS surfactant solution,the chemical block remover BKJ-2 was developed.According to the water accepting layer of Jin 240 injection well,field injection strategy of chemical block remover BKJ-2 was designed.Anticipated chemical removing effect was obtained by the implementation of field removing test of Jin 240 injection well,and the pressure of injection pump decreased to 20 MPa from 26 MPa.
