基于矢谱分析技术的转子系统连续摩擦故障诊断
CONTINUOUS FRICTION FAULT DIAGNOSIS OF ROTOR SYSTEMS BASED ON VECTOR SPECTRUM
【摘要】 应用矢谱分析技术分析在没有键相信号时转子系统的连续摩擦故障,研究结果表明,应用矢谱分析技术不但可以根据副振矢很容易地分析出反向涡动现象,而且能够通过振矢角判断出连续摩擦故障发生的具体位置及摩擦范围,文中的研究结果为转子系统连续摩擦故障的诊断提供一个新的有效手段。
【Abstract】 Continuous friction fault is one of familiar faults in rotating machine.Commonly the backward whirl phenomenon is one of key diagnostic foundations of continuous friction fault.However,in practice,in most case the backward whirl information can be gotten only when there is the key phase signal,which increases the difficulty diagnosing it.Diagnostic method of continuous friction fault is studied by vector spectrum technology with no key phase signal.An example is presented to validate the method.The results show that the backward whirl can be judged easily by second vibration vector,and the position and range of continuous friction can also be gotten by vibration vector angle.The research results present a efficient method for the diagnosis of continuous friction fault.
