航天相机主镜组件随机振动仿真分析

【摘要】 航天相机在火箭发射过程中会经历随机激励,主镜组件作为航天相机的关键部件,其刚度和强度能否满足使用要求显得至关重要。为有效预示航天相机主镜组件在力学环境条件下的响应,文中对航天相机主镜组件进行随机振动仿真分析。在仿真分析过程中采用模型修正的有限元技术,利用试验数据修正模态阻尼参数,重新计算的响应结果与特征测试结果一致。对修正后的模型进行随机振动响应分析,鉴定级力学试验响应结果表明,航天相机主镜组件结构在随机振动环境下的刚度和强度可以满足使用要求。

【Abstract】 The random excitation is presented to the spaceflight camera during the launch.As the key component of the spaceflight camera,the stiffness and intensity of the primary mirror subassembly is very important.The random vibration response analysis is presented in order to indicate the response of the primary mirror subassembly against the dynamic environmental condition effectively.The updating method of finite element model is used in simulation analysis.The modal damping is updated with the test data,and the result of recalculation is consistent with the test result.The random vibration response analysis is presented on the updated model.It is shown that the primary mirror subassembly of spaceflight camera is stiff enough.At the same time,the correctness of the analytical method is verified,which are useful in improving the design of the instruments and in providing some reference to the reliability of the spaceflight camera.
