稀土钕对中国兰花品种线粒体酶活力及其同工酶的影响

【摘要】 采用不同浓度的NdCl3营养液,对中国蕙兰进行根、叶表面喷施培养,分析了蕙兰根部线粒体抗氧化酶SOD、呼吸代谢酶COX活性及同工酶的变化,结果表明:营养液中NdCl3浓度分别为60、80、100 mg/L时,COX-5同工酶被激活,NdCl3浓度为60 mg/L时的COX活性最高;营养液中NdCl3浓度分别为80、100 mg/L时,SOD-6同工酶被激活,NdCl3浓度为80mg/L时的SOD活性最高。因此,营养液中NdCl3浓度在60~80 mg/L范围内存在一个理想的浓度指标。

【Abstract】 In order to obtain the mitochondria in Chinese cymbidium variety Cymbidium faberi,this study used different concentrations(0,20,40,60,80,100,120,140 mg/L) of rare earth neodymium chloride(NdCl3) nutrient solution to spray the surfaces of the roots and leaves of C.faberi in culture.We analyzed the changes in the activities and isozymes of antioxidative protective enzyme SOD and respiration metabolic enzyme COX in the mitochondria of C.faberi roots.The results showed that when the concentration of NdCl3 nutrient solution was 60,80 and 100 mg/L respectively,COX-5 isozyme was activated.When the concentration of NdCl3 solution was 60 mg/L,the activity of COX was at the highest point.When the concentration of NdCl3 solution was 80 and 100 mg/L respectively,SOD-6 isozyme was activated.When NdCl3 concentration was 80 mg/L,the activity of SOD was the highest.Therefore,there exists an ideal concentration index in the spraying of 60~80 mg/L NdCl3 nutrient solution.
