【摘要】 采用体内注射PHA和秋水仙素,肾细胞短期培养,常规空气干燥法制备黑龙江茴鱼(Thymallus arcticusgrubei Dybowski)的染色体。对其肾细胞染色体数目统计分析表明,黑龙江茴鱼染色体组有92条染色体,核型公式为2n=36m+10sm+8st+38t,其染色体总臂数(NF)为138。采用流式细胞分析仪,测定了黑龙江茴鱼的DNA含量,与鸡血细胞标准对照相比为(1.44±0.07),以鸡红细胞DNA含量2.3 pg/N计,则黑龙江茴鱼的体细胞DNA含量为5.03 pg/N。与已知的报道比较,黑龙江茴鱼染色体数目和DNA含量都体现为四倍体特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Metaphase chromosome specimens of Thymallus arcticus grubei Dybowsk injected with PHA and colchicin were prepared from short-term culture of kidney cells with air-drying technique.It’s diploid chromosome number was 2n=92.The karyotype was composed of 36m,10sm,8st and 38t chromosomes,NF=138.It’s diploid nucleus DNA content was measured from the somatic cell of T.a.grubei using flow cytometer(Beckman cellLab Quant,made in USA) and the DNA content(2.3 pg/N) of erythrocytes of chick(Gallus sp) as standard.The T.a.grubei DNA content was 5.03 pg/N.According to the present results and reported date,T.a.grubei is possibly an tetraploid(4n).更多还原
