基于CAE技术的某越野车车架分析

【摘要】 为了检验某越野车车架是否满足设计要求,应用有限元方法对其进行了静、动态分析。首先采用Hypermesh为前处理软件,进行了车架螺栓、铆钉和焊点连接的模拟,研究了钢板弹簧建模及载荷添加方式,建立了带有前后悬架的较完整的车架有限元模型;采用有限元分析软件MSC.Nastran对车架进行强度、刚度分析。结果表明:在扭转工况下,最大应力在四横梁与车架纵梁的连接肋板处,大于材料许用应力,需考虑加厚。最后,对车架进行了模态分析,其固有频率及振型符合设计要求。

【Abstract】 In this paper we carry out the static and dynamic analysis by finite element method in order to check out an off-road vehicle frame whether it reaches the design requirements.First,we use Hypermesh as the pre-processing software,simulate the connection of bolts,rivets and solder joints,research the methods of setting up the model of leaf springs and the load-adding,and set up a finite element model with the front and rear suspension on it.Then,we analyse its strength and stiffness by MSC.Nastran.The results show that in the torsional condition,the frame’s maximum stress is in the rib plate which connects the forth crossbeam and the frame rails;it is greater than the material allowable stress,so thickening should be considered.Finally,we carry out its modal analysis,the natural frequency and mode shape meet the design requirements.
