【摘要】 对多个项目计划间的协调程度进行评定是进行多项目管理控制的一个重要问题。笔者引入了多项目协调度的概念,提出了基于逻辑推演的多项目计划协调度求解方法,建立了针对航空多项目的具体协调度求解方法、步骤,并建立了针对航空多项目特点的协调度推演规则和算法,实现了协调度求解与协调性判别,最后通过实例对方法的有效性进行了验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forecasting multi-project conflict and evaluating the conflict degree is an important issue for multi-project management.In this article,the concept of harmony-value is introduced;the resolution methods and steps of harmony-value is given.Then,the harmony-value resolution methods for multi-project plan are presented which are based on effective reasoning;the actual running process of multi-project is analyzed in detail,and the reasoning rules and algorithm are given.After these two steps,the harmony-value is resolved and the harmony evaluation is finished.Finally,an example is given to validate this method.更多还原
