波浪补偿差动行星传动机构的动力学建模与分析
Dynamic Analysis of Differential Planet Transmission Mechanism for Heave Compensation
【摘要】 针对一种波浪补偿系统的差动行星传动机构跟随舰船受迫运动频繁启动/制动及正反转出现的振动问题,建立包含太阳轮平动自由度及全部转动自由度的混合式振动动力学模型,推导出动力学方程,通过求解动力学方程得到该系统的固有频率和振型,从系统动态稳定性的角度对差动行星传动机构的设计方案能否适用于波浪补偿系统进行可行性评估。分析差动行星传动机构的固有频率和振型与结构参数、几何参数等设计变量间的关系,得到论文提出的差动行星传动机构能够满足波浪补偿系统对固有频率的要求的结论,分析结果也为如何改进设计方案、提高系统性能提供理论支持。
【Abstract】 For the vibration problem caused by a differential planet transmission mechanism′s frequent startup and brake for following the ship swaying motions,a hybrid type vibration dynamics model is established which includes a sun gear′s parallel degree of freedom and all the turn degrees of freedom.Natural frequency and vibration mode is obtained by solving the dynamic equation,and whether the design scheme of this mechanism can be suitable for heave compensation is evaluated.The relationship among its natural frequency,vibration mode and the structural parameters,and geometrical parameters is analysed.It is shown that the mechanism can satisfy the requirement of heave compensation.
