基于TDM系统的660MW汽轮发电机组振动分析与处理
Analysis and Disposal of Vibration Based on TDM System on 660 MW Steam Turbine Units
【摘要】 针对广东沙角C电厂1号汽轮发电机组启动过程中个别轴承处轴振动异常的问题,利用汽轮发电机组振动在线监测和诊断系统(TDM)对采集的振动数据及图形进行研究分析,找出了#3、#4、#7、#8轴承处轴振动超标的主要原因,在此基础上,制订相应的处理方案,并对处理后的效果进行评价。
【Abstract】 Directing against the abnormal vibration problem occurred during the time of start-upbugging of unit no.1 in Shajiao C Power Plant,Guangdong Province,through vibration monitoring,the collected vibration data and diagrams based on turbine diagnosis management have been studied and analyzed,the main causes of shaft vibration at bearings no.3,no.4,no.7 and no.8 are found out,on basis of these,corresponding measures have been proposed,and the result after disposal is evaluated.
