乳腺癌患者血清三酰甘油、C反应蛋白、雌激素检测的临床意义及其相关性分析

【摘要】 目的探讨血清三酰甘油(TG)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、雌激素(E2)水平检测在乳腺癌中的临床意义及相关性分析,为乳腺癌的预防提供依据。方法采用酶比色法、超敏免疫比浊法、电化学发光法分别检测73例乳腺癌患者和52正常体检者血清中的TG、CRP、E2含量。结果乳腺癌患者血清TG、CRP、E2含量均显著高于正常人组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);乳腺癌患者血清中的TG与CRP(γ=0.613,P<0.01)水平呈正相关,TG与E2(γ=-0.046,P>0.05)之间不存在相关性;TG水平随TNM分级的增加而显著增加(P<0.05),淋巴结转移阳性患者血清TG水平显著高于阴性者(P<0.05),不同TNM分级及淋巴转移CRP、E2水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论血清TG、CRP、E2水平在乳腺癌患者中明显高于正常人,且TG水平与炎症标志物CRP相关,而与E2不相关,提示高脂血症可能诱导慢性炎症,促使乳腺癌的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value and correlation between serum triacylglycerol(TG),C-reactive protein(CRP) and estrodiol(E2) levels in patients with breast cancer.Methods Serum TG,CRP and E2 levels were detemined in 73 patients with breast cancer and 52 healthy controls by enzyme assay,sensitive immunoturbidimetric assay and electrochemical luminescence,respectively.Results The levels of TG,CRP and E2 in breast cancer patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.01).The level of TG positively correlated with that of serum CRP in breast cancer patients(γ=0.613,P<0.01);while the levels of TG and E2 showed no correlation(γ=-0.046,P>0.05).Serum TG level increased with the TNM stage(P<0.05) and correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);while CRP,E2 showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions The levels of TG,CRP and E2 increase remarkably in breast cancer patients.Serum TG is asseciated with CRP but not associated with E2.These results suggest that hyperlipidemia may induce chronic inflammation and increase the risk of development of breast cancer.
