掺杂补强PET聚酯的研究
The study on doping and enhancement of PET polyester
【摘要】 通过熔融共混法制备聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/稀土偶联剂复合材料和PET/L-CaCO3复合材料,测定了力学性能、维卡软化点、熔融指数。实验结果表明,L-CaCO3对提高PET的力学性能和加工流动性综合效果最好,其次是稀土镧偶联剂(X-1)。
【Abstract】 PET/RE-coupling composites and PET/L-CaCO3 composites were prepared by melt blending process.Identifying with mechanical property,MFR,Vicat softening temperature,the influence of the RE-coupling agent on PET modification is illustrated.The result showed that compared with PET,L-CaCO3 is the best effect for improving the mechanical properties and processing mobility of PET,followed by La coupling agent(X- 1) modification effect.
