摩擦式安全离合器的动力性能研究
Research on Dynamic Friction Safety Clutch Performance of Security
【摘要】 摩擦式安全离合器是一种结构简单,在运动中能迅速接合分离,可补偿两轴之间的偏移,能过载保护的安全离合器。其动力性能受诸多因素影响。为此,研究了影响动力传递的主要因素,通过试验提出安装误差将会影响运行的平稳性,制定了在有安装误差角度的两轴端连接处采用柔性连接的改进方案,并进行了实验验证。改进后摩擦式安全离合器运行平稳安全,解决了改进前存在动力传递性能明显下降的问题。
【Abstract】 Friction safety clutch is a kind of clutch whose structure is very simple and is capable of jointing and separating quickly in motion,it can tackle the issue of radial migration between two axes,and can protect the clutch even if it meets overload.Its driving force can be influenced by many factors.Therefore,the paper researches on the main factors that affect the performance,and suggests that installation error would cause instability of running speed.And flexible connection is used to make an improvement in the joint between two axes which had angular errors of installation.Finally,the test result was very satisfactory.The improved friction safety clutch can run steadily and safely so that it solves the vibration problem existing in the original clutch.
