【摘要】 分析了9粒栓剂封口机的工作原理,设计了9粒栓剂封口机的机械结构,研制了栓剂封口机的样机,连续进行了10000粒栓剂封口实验。实验结果表明,封合严密,批号清晰,切底边打撕口线位置准确、清晰、剪切位置准确。各项性能指标都达到了设计要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The working principle of 9 pieces suppository perfusion machine is analyzed,the mechanical structure is designed and the prototype is developed.More than 10000 pieces suppository sealing experiments is done and the experimental results show that there is no drag dripping and hanging phenomenon and the every suppository piece weight error is lower than 3% by randomly selected 100 pieces for weighing,and all performance can satisfied the design requirements.更多还原
