基于Pro/MECHANICA导轨梁的有限元分析及优化设计
The Finite Element Analysis and Optimal Design for Guide Rail Beam Based on Pro/MECHANICA
【摘要】 目前用有限元建立机械系统分析的数学模型已成为其理论建模中最重要的方法之一。文中利用Pro/MECHANICA有限元分析软件,对立管内壁堆焊设备纵向导轨梁的设计参数进行灵敏度分析及优化设计,建立以导轨梁质量最小为目标函数,应力及位移为约束的优化数学模型,对其设计参数尺寸进行优化设计。分析和优化的结果对导轨梁的结构尺寸及可靠性设计具有一定的参考借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 The mathematical models for mechanical system set up by using finite element is the most important theory modeling method now.This paper principally introduces the Finite Element Analysis,Sensitivity Analysis and Optimal Design for portrait guide rail beam of the welding equipment based on Pro/MECHANICA software,and sets the min-mass object function for the beam,and its optimal mathematical models of stress and displacement restriction,and the optimal design of its dimension parameters.The analysis and optimal design results can be used for reference of the beam structure dimension and reliability design.
