【摘要】 运用问卷调查法对中南某省两所新建高校教师、学生、教学管理人员的调查发现:新建高校课堂教学从整体上和从不同方面或指标看比较有效;新建高校课堂教学不同方面或指标的有效性存在差异,有效程度由高到低依次为教学态度、教学组织、教学表达、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果;无论是对课堂教学整体有效性还是对课堂教学不同方面(或指标)有效性,都是教师评出的教学有效性最高,学生评出的教学有效性最低,教学管理者评出的教学有效性居中。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper examines staff,students and administrators of two new universities in central southern China through questionnaire survey.It discovers that: first,classroom teaching is comparatively effective both as a whole and in different aspects;second,the efficiency of classroom teaching is different in different aspects,and the declined trend of validity is teaching attitude,teaching organization,teaching expression,teaching content,teaching method,and teaching result;third,the teaching validity estimated by teachers is the highest,and the teaching validity estimated by students is the lowest.更多还原
