自动机械中槽轮—凸轮组合机构的计算机辅助设计

【摘要】 以自动机械中常用的槽轮机构为例,说明了槽轮机构在运动中存在的性能缺陷,提出设计槽轮-凸轮组合机构对槽轮机构的性能进行改良。建立了组合机构计算机辅助设计系统,利用VB编程完成组合机构的设计计算后,采用VB对AutoCAD的二次开发技术,实现了槽轮机构的参数化设计及运动仿真。该系统为槽轮—凸轮组合机构的数字化设计、加工提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Using the geneva wheel as an example,which is often used in automatic machine,performance deficiency about geneva mechanism is explained.Geneva-cam combined mechanism is designed to improve the performance.The CAD system for combined mechanism is established.When design and calculations of the combined mechanisms are completed using VB programming.The parametric design and movement simulation of geneva mechanism are realized by second developing technology for AutoCAD in VB.It improves the efficiency and gives a theoretical base of digital design and manufacture for Geneva-cam combined mechanism.
