起重机混合动力系统控制策略的研究
Control Strategy Research of Crane Hybrid Power System
【摘要】 起重机混合动力系统由于具有多机构联合工作的特点而采用串联式结构混合动力方式,且系统的工作状态变换频繁.文中针对基于超级电容的轮胎式起重机混合动力系统采用恒温器+功率跟随的控制策略.对系统的工作状态划分、工作状态的判断进行了分析,并提出了不同状态下超级电容能量控制方法,以避免超级电容的频繁充放电,延长使用寿命.发动机的启动过程中采用纯储能器供能方式以提高系统的快速响应.实验结果表明所提出的控制策略是可行的.
【Abstract】 Series structure is used in crane hybrid power system because of multi-mechanism working simultaneously.The working status changes frenquently.In this paper,thermostat+power following control strategy is used in the wheeled crane hybrid power system based on supercapacitor.Based analysis on system working statuses division and its judgement,the paper proposed the control strategy of supercapacitor power to avoid frequent charge and discharge for supercapacitor life-saving.During starting process of engine,system power is supplied by supercapacitor to ensure fast response of system.Experiments show that the control strategy is feasible.
