【摘要】 [目的]探讨双侧翼管-筛前神经丛集区射频热凝术治疗慢性变应性鼻炎与血管运动性鼻炎的效果及护理。[方法]选择104例变应性鼻炎及血管运动性鼻炎病人,行双侧翼管-筛前神经丛集区射频热凝术,并进行精心护理,术前、术后3个月、6个月、12个月观察病人体征、症状改善情况,并进行比较。[结果]病人术后鼻炎症状明显改善。[结论]双侧翼管-筛前神经丛集区射频热凝术治疗变应性鼻炎与血管运动性鼻炎效果明显,可提高病人的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the effect of bilateral pterygoid canal-anterior ethmoidal nerve cluster region radiofrequency thermocoagulation to treat allergic rhinitis and vasomotor rhinitis and nursing of it.Methods:A total of 104 patients with allergic rhinitis and vasomotor rhinitis were selected,and accepted bilateral pterygoid canal-anterior ethmoidal nerve cluster region radiofrequency thermocoagulation and the careful nursing.Then to observe and compare the improved efficacy of patients’ signs and symptoms at preoperative and postoperative 3 months,6 months,12 months.Results:Postoperative the symptoms of rhinitis patients were improved significantly after operation.Conclusion:The effect of bilateral pterygoid canal-anterior ethmoidal nerve cluster region radiofrequency thermocoagulation to treat allergic rhinitis and vasomotor rhinitis is significant and can improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
