【摘要】 [目的]总结特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)病人的护理。[方法]对160例ITP进行积极治疗,同时加强心理护理、出血的预防及处理、预防感染、治疗观察、饮食指导、休息活动指导等。[结果]本组病人均好转或痊愈出院。[结论]加强特发性血小板减少性紫癜病人的护理有利于预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:It summarized nursing care of 160 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Method: A total of 160 patients with ITP were treated actively.Meanwhile,they were strengthened therapeutic observation,psychological nursing care,prevention and handling of hemorrhage,prevention of infection,diet guide,and rest and activity guide.Results: All patients got better or discharged from hospital within 2 to 4 weeks.Conclusion:To strengthen the nursing care of patients with ITP is helpful to their prognosis.更多还原
