【Abstract】 How to control urban traffic congestion has been a hot topic and a challenge in China and even around the world.With the measure of peak shifting to work,which is taken to adjust the traffic load,the situation of urban traffic congestion can be improved significantly.It analyzes the measures of peak shifting to work in Beijing,studies successful system of peak shifting to work at home and abroad,and analyzes the conditions for implementing these measures.Based on this,it proposes a comprehensive project of peak shifting to work in Beijing,which has positive significance for settling the problem of traffic congestion.更多还原
