【摘要】 北京的私家车拥有量日益增长,随之而来的是日益严重的交通拥堵问题。适度调节私家车拥有量并合理引导私家车的使用,是目前缓解交通拥堵的主要对策。调查研究北京市私家车车主拥有小汽车的目的及其使用特征,将会为相关的政策制定提供依据。对412位私家车车主的调查表明:人们购车的主要原因为"节省时间"、"出行更自由",而"交通拥堵"是影响其驾车的首要因素。在尾号限行日,相关车主更多地转向公共交通和出租车方式。因此,提供方便快捷、高品质的公共交通服务,将有助于降低人们对于小汽车的依赖。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid growing of car owning in Beijing,traffic congestion is becoming a main transpo-rtation problem.Moderately regulation of car ownership and usage is the current policy to alleviate urban traffic congestion.The survey of the car owners on reasons of owning a car and their travel characteristics will provide valuable information for the relevant policy making.Based on a survey of 412 car owners,the finding is as follows: to save time and to travel more freely are the top two reasons of owning a car;car owners usually switch to public transport and taxes on days their cars are restricted from use.As a result,car dependence can be reduced when a quick and high-quality public transit service is provided.更多还原
