新型拉丝模模芯制作方法

【摘要】 提高拉丝模使用寿命是降低生产成本的方式之一。采用新型金属注塑成型工艺生产拉丝模,对制作拉丝模的硬质合金原料配比进行调整。试验中,金属粉末与黏结剂的体积百分比分别为60%,40%;混料后,反复造粒3~5次;注塑温度167℃,注塑压力110 MPa,注塑速度85 m/s,模温55℃;热脱脂加热温度分别为350,430,620,720℃,对应的保温时间为50,50,60,50 min,各段加热速度均为2℃/min;烧结加热温度分别为620,720,1 200,1 355℃,对应的保温时间为20,20,35,120 min,从室温开始对应的加热速度分别为9,3,2,2℃/min。注塑成型试样收缩率与压铸成型相比从约25%降低到约14%,相对密度约为95%,硬度HRA值不低于90。

【Abstract】 To prolong wire drawing die service life is one of the ways to decrease production cost.The cemented carbide material ratio used to produce wire drawing die was adjusted and adopt new Metal Injection Moulding process.In experiment,the volume percentage of metal powder and binder is 60%,40% respectively.Repeated granulation 3~5 times after mixture.Injection temperature is 167 ℃,injection pressure is 110 MPa,injection speed is 85 m/s,mold temperature is 55 ℃.Thermal debinding heating temperature is 350,430,620,720 ℃ separately,corresponding holding time is 50,50,60,50 minutes,heating speed of each segment is 2 ℃/min.sintering temperature is 620,720,1 200,1 355 ℃,corresponding holding time is 20,20,35,120 minutes,corresponding heating speed from room temperature is 9,3,2,2 ℃/min respectively.Comparing with die cast molding,metal injection moulding sample shrinking percentage is decreased from 25% to 14%,relative density is about 95%,hardness HRA value is no less than 90.
