基于UG的冲模标准件库的建立原则和方法

【摘要】 根据冲模零部件的典型特征,对冲模标准件库进行分类,包括工作零件、导向装置、模座、模架、模板、弹顶装置、导料装置、卸料装置等;基于UG开发平台,讨论三维冲模标准零件库的建立原则和方法,重点分析电子表格法、关系表达式法、用户自定义特征法和程序设计法的基本开发过程和优缺点,并对应用程序的基本格式及菜单定制进行深入探讨。冲模标准件库的建立对减少模具设计周期、提高设计效率具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 According to the typical characters of stamping,the standard stamping part library was classified,including working part,guiding device,mold base,framework,mold plate,elastic ejection device as well as guide device and dumping device.Based on UG platform,the construction principles and methods of 3D parametric standard part library were discussed,in which the development process,excellence and disadvantage of Spreadsheet,Expression,User Defined Feature and UG/Open were studied.Meanwhile the basic format of applying program and the menu were deeply discussed.The standard stamping part library was important for shorten mould design period and improving design efficiency.
