基于AWE吊钩参数优化研究
Research on parameter optimization of roll-over hook by AWE
【摘要】 将有限元分析方法和优化设计理论相结合,以AWE软件为工具,对一种铁水罐倾翻吊钩进行有限元仿真和优化。首先,在AWE环境下DesignModeler模块中对倾翻吊钩进行三维建模;其次,借助于这个模型,在AWE的DesignSimulation模块中进行网格划分和应力分析;最后,在保证安全性的前提下,选取吊钩的厚度和圆孔半径作为优化变量,以吊钩质量最小为目标函数,在AWE中DesignXplorer模块中进行优化,最终大幅度减轻了吊钩材料的消耗。探索了AWE软件在现代设计方法中的应用。
【Abstract】 Combining the finite element analysis method with optimization design theory,a roll-over hook of hot metal ladle was simulated and optimized based on the tool of AWE software.Firstly,a 3-D model of the roll-over hook was constructed in DesignModeler module under AWE;Secondly,the meshing and stress analysis was done under DesignSimulation of AWE with the aid of this model;Finally,thickness and radius of the hook was selected as optimization variables,the minimum mass was selected as the objective function,optimization aimed at least mass on the premise of security in DesignXplorer under AWE was carried out.Thus,material consumption of hooks reduces drastically.The application of AWE software in modern design methods was explored as well.
