EON Studio环境下基于Petri网的虚拟维修技术研究

【摘要】 在描述维修过程方面,现有的虚拟维修过程建模缺乏将抽象的维修任务描述与底层的仿真动作相结合。针对此问题介绍了一种基于Petri-Eon Studio的虚拟维修仿真系统,给出了一个虚拟维修系统框架。对维修过程采用任务层和动作层元素相结合进行描述,组成维修任务、维修工序、维修工步、动作单元和基本姿势构成的多层次结构。用Petri网描述维修任务并对维修过程进行建模,用Eon Studio提供的动作仿真方法进行动作层的实现。将Petri网模型和Eon Studio的仿真程序集成在Visual C++6.0平台上,用Petri网模型的分析结果驱动虚拟场景进行维修仿真,并控制维修仿真过程。

【Abstract】 On the aspect of describing the maintenance process,the current virtual maintenance process modeling is deficient in combining the abstract expression of maintenance task with lower level maintenance motion simulation.Therefore a virtual maintenance simulation system based on Petri-Eon Studio is introduced in it and its framework is proposed as well.The task layer and action layer is combined for maintenance process modeling to set up a multi-layer structure including maintenance task,maintenance process,maintenance step,motion unit and basic posture.Then Petri-net is used to formalize the maintenance process,which is modeled and the motion simulation is realized with Eon Studio.Afterwards the Petri-net model and the Eon Studio simulation program is integrated onto the Visual C++6.0 platform.The analysis result of Petri net model is used to drive the virtual environment for maintenance simulation,which process is controlled.
