车用橡胶衬套的非线性有限元分析
Finite element analysis of nonlinearity for rubber bushing used in vehicle
【摘要】 为了提高汽车副车架用橡胶衬套的使用寿命,研究车用橡胶衬套的破坏机理及破坏原因,首先用HyperMesh软件完成衬套模型的网格划分,建立橡胶衬套的有限元模型,然后用ABAQUS/STANDARD仿真分析在静载荷作用下的橡胶衬套的应力分布情况。仿真分析结果的应力最大点正是橡胶衬套疲劳实验中裂纹破坏的起始点。由此可得,尽管导致橡胶衬套裂纹形成的原因被公认为是疲劳破坏,但依然可以通过有限元方法找到零件在受力时应力的最大点,也即是裂纹破坏的起始点,从而可以有针对的改进衬套的CAD模型,提高橡胶衬套的使用寿命。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the service life of rubber bushing used in auxiliary frame of the vehi-cle,the failure mechanism and causes of damage of rubber bushing is studied.First,a finite element model of rubber bushing was created with HYPERMESH,and then simulated with ABAQUS/STANDARD.The re-sults show that on the rubber bushing stress nephogram,the maximum stress point is just the position on where the rubber bushing fatigue crack start.Therefore,despite the cause which leads to crack of the rubber bushing is recognized as fatigue damage,the position of maximum stress on which the rubber bushing fa-tigue crack start can still be found from finite element method of the rubber bushing.So the CAD model can be modified and the service life of rubber bushing can be improved.
